Engineering Supervisor

About
Design, plan, organize, coordinate and supervise all inspections and repairs. Ensure that engineering and manufacturing specifications are reviewed to ensure compliance at all times and complete the job successfully. Coordinate with suppliers for rejected remanufactured parts. Supervise the quality of repaired items during the warranty period. Work with the supplier directly to address spare parts failure. Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to management and analyze data as required. Supervise the supply of spare parts for the repair process. Provide technical advice to other departments in matters related to materials engineering and maintaining compliance with regulations. Analyze test results and conduct training for relevant personnel as required. Maintain records of test results and all actions taken. Facilitate corrective actions for supplier quality issues. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in mechanical, civil, logistics, or electrical engineering.
• A minimum of three years of similar experience or with knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and practices is required.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software and computer-aided design (CAD) or AutoCAD preferred.
• Have, or are able to obtain a valid driving license in the UAE.
