About the Team
ArsenalOS is our unified production systems platform—the digital backbone for our manufacturing operations that spans PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems. We are building modern, integrated solutions that enable us to scale hardware production with software velocity. In the ArsenalOS future state, users will not experience the lifecycle as disconnected silos; a design change will propagate into the bill of materials, planning systems, work instructions, quality workflows, and supplier-facing systems with minimal lag. A production issue will immediately surface to the teams responsible for design, manufacturing, supplier performance, and sustainment. Field signals will flow upstream fast enough to influence the next product build, not just the next quarterly review. ArsenalOS will turn the Build Chain into a continuous learning system.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering partners to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions alongside other Engineer Systems team members.
  • Provide training and support to users during and post-implementation to ensure adoption of new technology.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new features, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and address issues, bugs, and enhancement requests from both PLM and any integration with other systems (CAD, etc.).
  • Provide support for the installation and post go-live of upgrades and new modules within PLM.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to implement upgrades and new modules.
  • Collect infrastructure and configuration questions for PLM and any integration with other systems (CAD, etc.).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in installing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining engineering systems (PLM, CAD, CAE, SysML, etc.).
  • Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE systems and their integration with PLM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to root cause end user and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux systems, along with software installations.
  • Must be a UAE citizen and eligible to obtain a clearance.
