ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for helping product and program teams maximize the value they get out of the engineering systems they use on a daily basis (PLM, CAD, CAE, etc.). You will work across a broad set of stakeholders to design, develop, and implement improvements and optimizations to our engineering systems while helping steer future investments. This role is suitable for UAE Citizens looking to support our UAE office remotely.

ABOUT THE TEAM
ArsenalOS is our unified production systems platform, serving as the digital backbone for our manufacturing operations that span PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems. We are building modern, integrated solutions that enable us to scale hardware production with software velocity. In the ArsenalOS future state, users will experience a seamless lifecycle where design changes propagate through various systems with minimal lag. Production issues will surface immediately to relevant teams, and field signals will influence product builds in real time, transforming the Build Chain into a continuous learning system.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with engineering partners to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions alongside other Engineering Systems team members.
  • Provide training and support to users during and post-implementation to ensure adoption of new technology.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new features, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and address issues, bugs, and enhancement requests from both PLM and any integration with other systems (CAD, etc.).
  • Provide support for the installation and post go-live of upgrades and new modules within PLM.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to implement upgrades and new modules.
  • Collect infrastructure and configuration questions for PLM and any integration with other systems (CAD, etc.).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in installing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Engineering Systems (PLM, CAD, CAE, SysML, etc.).
  • Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE systems and their integration with PLM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to root cause end user and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux systems, along with software installations.
  • Must be a UAE citizen and eligible to obtain a clearance.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, including base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
