What You'll Do: - Define the strategic direction of your team and contribute to the technical strategy for the screening modules.
- Guide and coach an exceptional team of engineers, mentoring them in both technical and non-technical aspects.
- Establish and enhance engineering practices within your team to improve engagement, delivery speed, and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to manage team projects, stakeholders, dependencies, roadmaps, alignment, and costs.
- Identify necessary changes and execute them effectively to improve team performance.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our overall architecture, particularly for systems managed by your team.
- Scale various organizational processes, including engineering hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience, with no less than 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring teams and evolving team structures using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of product and business KPIs and effective conversion into objectives through the OKR framework.
- Proficiency in building complex, high-quality applications, with strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and microservice architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
