Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain customer IT infrastructure, ensuring designated functions are covered.
- Perform network troubleshooting and provide timely support to resolve customer issues.
- Implement changes and upgrades to customer networks as per product requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document and report on network performance, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance network operations.
- Conduct regular network audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.
