Engineer/MSS Managed Services NOC & SOC (Emiratized Role)

As an Engineer/MSS Managed Services NOC & SOC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining network stability, implementing changes, and providing timely support to ensure our customers' operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain customer IT infrastructure, ensuring designated functions are covered.
• Perform network troubleshooting and provide timely support to resolve customer issues.
• Implement changes and upgrades to customer networks as per product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Document and report on network performance, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance network operations.
• Conduct regular network audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are preferred.
• A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
