What you will be doing:
- Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
- Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs.
- Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
- Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools.
- Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.
What you should have:
- 7+ years of meaningful full-cycle sales experience in The Middle East, preferably in SaaS.
- You are ambitious and driven to achieve goals.
- Articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
- You take an active interest in opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
- You have a proven track record of identifying customer needs.
- You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
