About The Role: The Enterprise Architect will design, document, and implement technical solutions for customers following the sale of the company's products. This role connects customer business requirements with the company’s technology, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. The Enterprise Architect provides technical leadership, customer consultation, and collaboration with internal teams, particularly for large enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Discovery & Analysis: Conduct sessions with customers to assess IT landscapes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Create detailed solution architectures and accompanying documentation to guide implementation.
- Project Definition & Estimation: Work with project managers to define scopes, timelines, and resource needs.
- Implementation Support: Provide oversight during deployment, assist in proof-of-concept projects, and troubleshoot complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Engage across teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to deployment and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker and Kubernetes) and enterprise virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Travel Requirement: Potential travel to support global enterprise deployments (up to 50%).
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, or CISSP.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
