Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the development of a holistic enterprise architecture model that supports established enterprise goals.
- Serve customers from the select phase where the NorthStar Enterprise Architecture is created, through to the adopt and derive phases, ensuring a smooth transition to the company solutions, including BTP.
- Act as an Advisor to the customer, providing holistic advice and guidance focusing on application/solution, industry, or technology.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory).
- Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation through application delivery.
- Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
- Proven knowledge of the company Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, the company Integration Advisory Methodology, the company Extensibility Advisory Methodology, and the company Clean Core principles.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English at senior manager level, both inside an IT team and across business functions.
Nice-to-have
- Experience using the company LeanIX & Signavio for documenting enterprise architectures and business processes.
- Knowledge of on-premises solutions and corresponding cloud solutions.
- BTP Certifications (e.g., Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build).
- Professional Training & Certification (e.g., the company Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, the company Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect, TOGAF).
