Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise technology architecture across multiple domains such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Construction.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure digital environments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business needs.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the organization's technology architecture.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to translate business goals into effective technology architectural design.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, AI, and modern IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT architecture roles, with a focus on enterprise architecture and strategic alignment.
- Experience in the UAE, understanding local regulations, and business culture is advantageous.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams and managing large-scale projects.
