Enterprise Architect, Consulting

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect, Consulting to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise technology architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation, scalability, and security in IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology architecture across multiple domains such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Construction.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure digital environments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business needs.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the organization's technology architecture.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to translate business goals into effective technology architectural design.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, AI, and modern IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT architecture roles, with a focus on enterprise architecture and strategic alignment.
• Experience in the UAE, understanding local regulations, and business culture is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams and managing large-scale projects.
