Enterprise Architect - Financial Services & Insurance

As a creative and structured problem solver, the Enterprise Architect will help clients translate industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps that leverage the company's portfolio of applications, data, AI, infrastructure, and industry solutions. The Enterprise Architect will engage early in the customer lifecycle to shape strategic opportunities, establish transformation visions, influence executive decision-making, and create differentiated propositions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to customer executives and transformation leaders.
• Develop enterprise transformation blueprints that align business, application, data, AI, security, and technology architectures.
• Provide thought leadership on Financial Services and Insurance industry trends, regulations, competitive pressures, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product Development, Customer Success, and Partners to shape transformational opportunities.
• Act as a bridge across the company's Lines of Business, aligning stakeholders around a common customer transformation vision.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry, including regulatory, operational, and technology challenges.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture disciplines including Business, Application, Data, AI, Security, and Technology Architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging at Executive and C-suite levels.
• Demonstrated success influencing large-scale transformation programs and strategic technology investments.
• Ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed global organizations.
