Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to customer executives and transformation leaders.
- Develop enterprise transformation blueprints that align business, application, data, AI, security, and technology architectures.
- Provide thought leadership on Financial Services and Insurance industry trends, regulations, competitive pressures, and emerging technologies.
- Support strategic account planning and major opportunity development in collaboration with Sales, Consulting, Product Development, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Act as a bridge across company Lines of Business, Product Development, Consulting, Customer Success, and Industry teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry, including regulatory, operational, and technology challenges.
- Proven experience engaging at Executive and C-suite levels.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture disciplines, including Business, Application, Data, AI, Security, and Technology Architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, or equivalent methodologies.
- Demonstrated success influencing large-scale transformation programs and strategic technology investments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
