Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the organization's enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Work closely with business digital leads and IT project managers to gather requirements and deliver architectural solutions that address business needs.
- Establish and maintain architecture guidelines that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across IT projects.
- Maintain and follow the Solution Architecture Framework, connecting team activities to the Stage Gate Model to support Digital projects execution.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within the IT landscape and advocate for new solutions to enhance competitiveness.
- Ensure the seamless integration of new and legacy systems to optimize interoperability and minimize disruptions.
- Create and maintain diagrams in our Enterprise Architecture tool, models, and documentation to clearly communicate current and future architectures.
- Adhere to and enforce security standards and regulatory requirements across all architectural initiatives.
- Support IT teams by addressing architectural challenges and providing technical expertise.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Report ICOSIT evidence to maintain excellence in Enterprise Architecture activities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) are highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and frameworks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related fields, with a focus on enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to develop and implement architecture solutions aligned with business goals and technology strategies.
- Strong technical foundation in systems integration, infrastructure planning, and application development.
- Experience in applying and enforcing architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in cloud migration, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP) are preferred.
- Exposure to security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
