Enterprise Architect

The Senior Manager - Enterprise Architect at the company is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Architecture and Microservices. The primary purpose of this position is to establish a future-state technology vision that fuels business growth through a robust, secure, and efficient digital architecture framework. This individual is responsible for defining and enforcing architectural principles centered around Open Banking APIs, Microservices, and Cloud enablement (specifically Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing consensus-based enterprise roadmaps.
• Leading application consolidation efforts.
• Presenting innovative technical strategies to senior management to influence critical decision-making.

The Architect serves as a vital bridge between business requirements and technical strategy, ensuring that all IT initiatives are scalable, agile, and sustainable. They are a core member of the IT strategy and change control boards, holding the authority to approve technical designs, review BAU changes, and provide expert recommendations for RFP and product selections.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Mastery in modern stacks, including Cloud-native technologies, DevOps, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and ReactNative.
• Expertise in RESTful services and Data Lakes.

Personal Skills:

• Strong organizational and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Balancing innovation with strict information security controls and incident management processes is essential for maintaining application stability.

Certifications:

• A TOGAF certification is a significant advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is expected.
