Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, in an on-site, full-time position.

In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide architecture strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in implementing scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams across the full stack (Microsoft Stack, React/Next.js).
• Oversee deployment and infrastructure strategies across environments.
• Ensure architecture aligns with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Engage in and promote automation testing strategies.
• Present architectural strategies to stakeholders and executives.
• Design and implement scalable and secure enterprise architecture solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and present architectural strategies.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and governance processes.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure architecture aligns with audit and policy requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Guide application modernization efforts and legacy system integration.
• Facilitate architectural reviews and lead technical decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in full stack development and cloud infrastructure.
• Support disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability systems architecture.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in software development with recent roles as System/Solution Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Full stack development experience with Microsoft backend and React/Next.js frontend.
• Hands-on deployment and infrastructure management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
