The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide architecture solutions, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires extensive experience in managing ServiceNow deployments, driving ITSM best practices, overseeing managed services engagements, and optimizing IT Asset Management processes. Additional expertise in data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks is highly desirable.

Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (initial duration of 12 months, start date ASAP)
Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Develop and maintain architecture standards and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead governance to ensure compliance with policies and best practices.

ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Architect and oversee large-scale ServiceNow implementations, drive optimization, scalability, and integration with other systems.

Managed Services Engagement: Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs, and develop strategies for service improvement.

ITSM & IT Asset Management: Design ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices and manage IT Asset Management strategies.

Data, AI, and Integration Architecture (Bonus): Architect data management solutions, evaluate AI tools, and design integration architectures.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders, IT teams, and partners to deliver effective solutions and present proposals to senior management.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of technologies and drive innovation initiatives across the IT landscape.
Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven track record managing managed services engagements and ITSM implementations
- Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management and platform optimization
- Knowledge of data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks (preferred)
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
- ITIL certification is a plus
