The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and designing the IT landscape in alignment with the business and IT strategy. This role includes designing and implementing an EA governance framework to ensure that the Enterprise IT Architecture and solutions are operationally resilient, scalable, and adaptable to future changes and growth. The position requires collaboration with both technology and business groups to ensure alignment of business, application, data, and technology architectures with the organization's strategic objectives.

Major Responsibilities:
- Define the overall conceptual IT architecture and technology roadmap, creating a blueprint for the IT Enterprise Architecture.
- Coordinate and supervise enterprise architects, solutions architects, technical leaders, and systems managers to design complex and interconnected application systems and business solutions.
- Conduct assessments and impact analysis to ensure emerging technologies are properly integrated into the IT landscape.
- Provide expertise in cross-layer architecture patterns, IT landscape design, application integration, SOA/Microservices, data modeling, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new initiatives to incorporate necessary functionalities into existing systems.
- Design and implement a governance framework for enterprise architecture.
- Protect the organization against IT risks and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor, report, and ensure the effective implementation of operational business plans.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Experience in designing and implementing IT systems for banking and customer interfaces.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture principles and governance, microservice architecture, and public cloud migration.
- Minimum of 8 years in building enterprise architecture frameworks, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within financial services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- TOGAF certification is preferred.
- Experience with agile delivery teams and open-source technologies is a plus.
