The Enterprise Architect will design and oversee the organization’s ERP architecture to ensure alignment with business goals, seamless integration with existing systems, and support for scalability, performance, and data integrity. The ERP Architect will define standards, guide implementation, and ensure the platform delivers efficient, reliable, and secure enterprise operations.
What You'll Do:
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles
- Align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through structured architecture planning
- Establish governance for architecture decision-making and technology adoption
- Ensure interoperability between ERP, core systems, and emerging platforms
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business priorities
- Provide architectural oversight for ERP implementations and enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards
- Identify technology risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, AWS, Azure) preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to enterprise architecture
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations and system integration
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and ERP systems
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
