Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager

About the Job:
The Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop new products, technologies, and business models across various business segments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide overall guidance and develop business architecture blueprints to translate strategic initiatives into delivery-focused change initiatives.
• Develop application architecture strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Review business drivers and strategies to understand their implications on application architecture, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Contribute to the development of proof of concepts or prototypes.
• Accountable for the Business Architecture Roadmap.
• Champion and communicate application architecture to business leaders and contracting teams.
• Partner to build a comprehensive reference architecture and prepare for future developments.
• Define development guidelines and standards for application development and integration.
• Analyze the current IT ecosystem application architecture for weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Define transition steps and strategy from current to future application architecture.
• Develop methods for system integration across organizational and functional lines.
• Establish principles and governing policies to support interactions with suppliers, partners, and outsourcing contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Professional certifications in Architecture Frameworks and Systems Administration are highly preferred (e.g., TOGAF & RHCSA).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions and leading large-scale architectural projects.
