About the Job: The company is seeking an Enterprise Data Lead to be a pivotal part of our AGS Trading division, which focuses on the aviation aftermarket. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and reports directly to the General Manager of AGS Trading. The Enterprise Data Lead will work collaboratively across multiple departments—procurement, supply chain, finance, sales, compliance, and IT—and with external vendors to manage the company AGS Trading data ecosystem. Key responsibilities include the administration of ERP systems, data platforms, analytics, and governance. The role involves overseeing user access, ensuring data integrity, managing system configurations, and conducting change management procedures. The successful candidate will translate business priorities into scalable data solutions and enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive quality and governance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the strategic owner of enterprise data systems and ensure continuous alignment with business requirements. - Manage ERP administration, including user access and cloud-based system configurations. - Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve critical issues and improve operational excellence. - Develop automated data pipelines and dashboards that facilitate effective decision-making. - Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize processes, enhance data security, and automate workflows. - Ensure compliance with trade regulations and data integrity standards. Education and Experience: - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8–10 years of professional experience in data engineering, ERP systems, and data analytics. Technical Skills: - Programming Languages: Python, SQL, PySpark, DAX - Data Engineering: ETL Pipelines, Data Modeling, Data Integration, API (REST/GraphQL) - Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI, Tableau - ERP Systems: Oracle-based ERP (Quantum Control) - Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure - Advanced Analytics: Predictive Modeling, Statistical Analysis Required Skills: - Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, finance, and sales functions. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to deliver results under pressure. - Experience in the aerospace industry or trading domain is an advantage.
