About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer document verification processes. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers, verifying their documentation, and managing finance approval requests through established protocols. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can work independently while ensuring all tasks are completed within specific timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers and schedule visits to verify customer documents.
• Fill out application forms for customers and review customer order details.
• Verify and collect customer documents.
• Send requests to obtain finance approval if required.
• Scan the documents and submit originals to document management.
• Raise activity in the CRM and follow up on requests until they are approved.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's or higher degree in Telecommunications, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1 year of sales experience.
