Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve target productivity and quality scores to meet customer experience and KPI goals.
  • Deliver lead generation targets by leveraging knowledge of products and services for maximum sales potential through outbound calling.
  • Pre-process databases to analyze and classify leads.
  • Generate high-quality leads to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Capture and prioritize customer data for distribution to sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field; business or IT degree preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years in a relevant role, with at least 3 years in sales, ideally within IT or Telecoms.
  • Experience with sales management in the Telecommunication industry, focused on the mass and SME market sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Mobile and Fixed services.
  • Specific experience in establishing third-party partnerships with VNOs, SIs, NIs, VARs, and VIs.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales processes and program implementation.
  • Proven ability to network within customer organizations to identify key influencers and decision-makers, with experience in selling complex IT/telecommunications solutions through indirect channels.
