About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to own and drive enterprise-wide MDM strategy, governance, architecture, and platform delivery. The role will work closely with business, data governance, architecture, and technology teams to ensure trusted, secure, scalable, and high-quality master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
  • Manage end-to-end MDM platforms, with strong exposure to Oracle MDM technologies including Siebel UCM, OEDQ and ODI.
  • Drive data quality, standardisation, stewardship, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee MDM architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
  • Lead large-scale data transformation and regulatory initiatives.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, resilience, performance, and compliance.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, technology vendors, service delivery, and ITSM processes.
  • Lead and mentor technical architects, SMEs, and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Data Management / Enterprise Applications.
  • 8+ years of hands-on MDM experience, preferably Oracle.
  • Strong expertise in MDM architecture, data modelling, data governance and data quality.
  • Strong Oracle ecosystem exposure: UCM, OEDQ, ODI, EBS/Fusion, APIs and Middleware.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs within regulated environments; banking/financial services exposure preferred.
  • Good understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
  • Oracle, Cloud, Data Governance or ITIL certifications are advantageous.
