Enterprise Operations Engineer I

Our Multimedia Services team is seeking an Enterprise Operations Engineer I, focusing on service delivery, lifecycle refresh, and transformational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, outcomes-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Lead to implement strategic refresh projects.
• Work with local stakeholders to modernize audio-visual experiences.
• Manage problem resolution for video conferencing technology and facilitate meetings with external vendors.
• Support service management of audio-visual products and contribute to operational metrics and insights.
• Implement standards and processes for operational support and participate in vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities for policy changes and support the deployment and troubleshooting of systems related to Employee Digital Experience.

All About You:

• Strong focus and success in customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in installation, configuration, and management of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing codecs, audio DSP) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Familiarity with technical infrastructure, networking technologies, and support processes.
