The Role:
The Enterprise Programs Director will find, land, and execute global enterprise deals. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement—engaging confidently with C-level executives, guiding large delivery teams, and driving high-impact outcomes across global enterprises. This role requires someone who can translate business objectives into structured, executable programs while fostering strong client relationships and leading with influence across matrixed environments.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Leadership: Direct complex customer engagements during both the assessment (pre-deal) and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead large teams of consultants, partners, and professional services colleagues, fostering a high-performing environment.
- Program Execution: Manage the successful delivery of enterprise assessments and deployment programs, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance program delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with Information Technology initiatives, including formal project leadership experience.
- At least 4 years of Management Consulting experience at a large firm, demonstrating business acumen and structured communication.
- Experience with data integration and management platforms and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects impacting multiple business functions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations at all organizational levels.
- Team building and management skills to effectively influence diverse groups.
- Technical understanding to enable effective delivery of technology projects.
- Good working understanding of the project management lifecycle and key knowledge areas of project management.
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success.
- Industry-recognized Project Management certification is desirable.
- Familiarity with the company's tools and solutions is a plus.
- Fluent in English; a secondary language preferred based on the region.
