The Enterprise Programs Director will find, land, and execute global enterprise deals. The ideal candidate excels at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement, engaging confidently with C-level executives, guiding large delivery teams, and driving high-impact outcomes across global enterprises. This position requires translating business objectives into structured, executable programs while fostering strong client relationships and leading with influence in matrixed environments.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Leadership: Direct complex customer engagements during the assessment (pre-deal) and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead large teams of consultants, partners, and professional services colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Program Execution: Ensure successful delivery of enterprise assessments and deployment programs, managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Provide advisory support to identify key problems, develop, and evaluate solutions, making recommendations to key customers and stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in Information Technology initiatives, including formal project leadership experience.
- At least 4 years of Management Consulting experience at a large firm, demonstrating business acumen, structured communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience with data integration and management platforms.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills to align with customers on desired outcomes and convert solutions into actionable plans.
- Experience managing large scale projects impacting multiple business functions internationally.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to articulate project status and issues.
- Proven team-building and management skills to unify diverse groups in delivering business results.
- Technical understanding for effective delivery of technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with the project management lifecycle and key knowledge areas: integration, scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction and delivery success.
- Industry-recognized Project Management certification is desirable.
- Familiarity with the company's tools and solutions is a plus.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English; a secondary language preferred for the supporting region.
