Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

As an ERP Consultant, you will act as the ERP subject matter expert, playing a pivotal role in helping prospective customers understand the company's capabilities and how our platform integrates with their existing financial systems. You will lead technical ERP discussions, evaluate integration requirements, prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, and work closely with internal teams to support complex RFPs/RFQs. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation.

We are looking for someone who is a clear, confident communicator with strong experience leading client-facing conversations that are functional in nature, while also having a solid understanding of the technical elements involved in ERP integrations. You should be able to translate financial workflows, ERP concepts, and integration outcomes into language that business users can easily understand, guiding clients toward the right solution with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in ERP presales, functional consulting, or ERP solution architecture.
• Proven experience with ERP integrations and at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major ERP: Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle (Netsuite / EBS), or other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and accounting workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering tailored ERP-related demos and integration pitches.
• Prior exposure to responding to RFPs/RFQs for enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
• UAE market experience preferred, ideally having worked directly with in-country ERP projects.
• English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
• Finance/Accounting knowledge is a MUST.
