Enterprise Resources Planning Functional Consultant

About the Job:
Avrioc Technologies is seeking an ambitious and experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources-related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with users to understand their requirements and provide tailored Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Prepare functional requirement/functional design documents for identified customizations.
• Provide functional support for the mobile application developed for approvals and reports.
• Conduct new user training and assist in data migration and testing.
• Thoroughly test changes developed by technical consultants, writing test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain documentation, data mapping, and testing support for team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 F&O.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, with experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in Finance-related modules; experience in Supply Chain and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules is preferred.
• Localization experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, configuration, and best practices is necessary.
• Proficient in system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities; previous consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
• Microsoft certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
