As the Lead Enterprise Security Architect, you will define and lead the Group's Enterprise Security Architecture capability, ensuring that security is embedded by design across business transformation, technology delivery, digital innovation, and operational change. You will own the enterprise security architecture strategy, standards, governance, and target-state roadmap, providing architectural leadership across the Group's technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Group Enterprise Security Architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap.
- Establish security architecture patterns that support business transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement of enterprise security architecture capability.
- Own the Security Design Authority and provide governance for architectural decisions and technology risk.
- Ensure security is embedded throughout the technology lifecycle.
- Provide technical due diligence for strategic programmes and technology investments.
- Assess emerging technologies and cyber threats to inform the security architecture strategy.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Security Architecture within a complex, global organization.
- Proven experience in leading security architecture across business transformation and cloud adoption.
- Strong knowledge in areas such as Security by Design, Cloud & Hybrid Security Architecture, Cyber Risk Management, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business enablement with effective cyber risk management.
