The Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect for our Solutions Consulting and Enterprise Architecture organization to work with customers at all levels, particularly focusing on CIO/CTO and operational teams. The role involves advising on strategies and technology solutions that support customer experience transformation and digital innovation. You will engage in high-level architecture assessments, provide thought leadership, create solution visions, and deliver high-impact recommendations while integrating Adobe's services and solutions.
Position Overview
The Enterprise Architect will be a senior presales position based in Riyadh, dedicated to supporting regional sales and partner organizations in developing a robust pipeline and executing strategic sales opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Digital Experience (DX) solutions to engage customers effectively, collaborate with Adobe sales, advocate for product enhancements, and participate in marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Partner with DX Account Executives to establish account strategy, focusing on the technical vision and creating impact roadmaps that align with customer objectives.
- Business Case Development: Collaborate with DX Account Executives to develop a compelling business case that aligns technical and business strategies.
- Technical Ownership: Define customer architecture and technical milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and developing clear narratives for the Technical Case.
- Client Management: Establish trust with clients, serving as a senior advisor throughout the customer experience journey, including end-user and internal employee experience aspects.
- Architecture Design & Oversight: Analyze current states, translate them into future visions, and design supporting IT-roadmaps with significant architectural requirements. Assist in post-sales transition and ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications
- Ideally possess broad knowledge of Adobe DX solutions and in-depth understanding of key domains such as customer journey management, data management, integration, personalization, and analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and how they integrate with enterprise solutions.
- Strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to communicate vision and challenge objections effectively at the CxO level.
- Proven experience in building technical roadmaps and defining multi-phase milestones.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East region; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
Job Specific Competencies & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum), Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of presales or consulting presales experience within the Adobe ecosystem.
- 5+ years of technical solution experience in Adobe DX solutions.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in technical roles.
- TOGAF qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
