Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought leader and technical lead on strategic client relationships across various industry verticals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with customer objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive discussions to uncover customer pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations that illustrate the value of the company’s solutions.
  • Lead technical assessments, proof of concepts, and engage in buyer enablement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to champion customer success.
  • Assist in the smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with India-based Enterprise customers.
  • Native English speaker (proficiency in languages of India is a strong plus).
  • 5-8 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS company.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales with a track record of closing complex deals > €250K ARR.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Strong ownership and experience in leading technical solution validation.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and organizational approach.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, Content Marketing) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
