Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought leader and technical lead on strategic client relationships across various industry verticals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying and developing new business opportunities that align with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assess potential deals, determine customer needs, and define engagement strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive discussions with prospects to uncover pain points and understand workflows, use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight the value of the company’s solutions.
  • Lead technical solution validation during the sales process including assessments, proof of concepts, and buyer enablement.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on technical concepts, including API, data handling, integrations, and security.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, providing insights to customer success teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with India-based Enterprise customers is essential.
  • Native English speaker (proficiency in languages of India is a strong plus).
  • 5-8 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Sales/Solutions Engineering within a SaaS environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, with a track record of closing complex deals over €250K ARR.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Strong sense of ownership and experience leading the technical solution validation of a deal.
  • Exceptional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., SEO, PPC, Content Marketing) preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (e.g., engineering, business administration, or similar field) or equivalent experience.
