Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Implementation: Lead and execute direct technical tasks, including system configuration, module deployment, upgrades, and data migration.
- Full Lifecycle Delivery: Participate in all project phases, from initial requirements gathering and design through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Functional Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of domain-specific processes (e.g., Record-to-Report for Finance or Hire-to-Retire for HR) within an ERP context.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, train end-users, and coordinate between business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Technical Ownership: Take ownership of specific technical deliverables, sub-modules, or workstreams.
Requirements:
-
Experience & Background:
- ERP Focus: 2–4 years of primary experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Implementation Depth: Proven track record of "hands-on" configuration rather than just project oversight or PMO governance.
- Consulting Pedigree: Experience at a "Big Four" firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a major technology consulting firm (Accenture, IBM, etc.) is highly preferred.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
-
Technical Skills:
- Platform Knowledge: Strong preference for SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Finance Roles: Expertise in SAP FI, CO, and related finance modules.
- HR Roles: Expertise in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Transferable Skills: Exceptional candidates with experience in Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Workday may be considered if they show rapid upskilling potential.
-
Core Competencies:
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage complex client interactions.
- Mobility: Must be willing to relocate to the Middle East and travel frequently to client sites (e.g., Saudi Arabia and wider GCC).
What We Are Not Looking For:
- Candidates focused primarily on CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM) rather than ERP.
- Profiles with purely PMO, strategy, or governance experience without technical configuration skills.
- Overqualified candidates (6-10+ years of experience) who exceed the Consultant (L1) level.
- Candidates seeking fully remote work or those unable to travel/relocate to the region.
