Position

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will lead the design of integrated airport technology solutions, including passenger processing (check-in, self-service kiosks, bag drop, boarding), baggage handling, common-use systems (CUPPS, CUSS, CUTE), and airport operational systems (AODB, RMS, FIDS, BHS interfaces). Your role involves defining target architectures and roadmaps across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, networks, and security, ensuring alignment with enterprise and industry reference models.

You will be responsible for producing high-level and low-level design artifacts, making build-vs-buy decisions while considering operational resilience and cost, and ensuring that solutions meet availability and performance requirements in a 24/7 safety-critical environment. Acting as the senior technical authority throughout the engagement lifecycle, you will lead a team of architects, manage technical risk identification, and build trusted relationships with airport executives and technology partners.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience: Significant exposure as a solution or enterprise architect in aviation, airport, or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of airport operational systems and IT/OT landscapes, including AODB, RMS, FIDS, and passenger flow/biometric processing.
  • Architecture Breadth: Proven hands-on architecture experience across applications, integration, data, cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
  • Integration Expertise: Experience in designing integration between heterogeneous systems, including IATA messaging and relevant standards.
  • Resilience & Security: History of designing for high availability and security in mission-critical environments.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and govern design quality.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and verbal/written communication skills, particularly engaging with C-level executives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Relevant architecture and cloud certifications are strongly preferred.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills may be advantageous.
