The Enterprise & Solutions Architect Lead is responsible for Enterprise Architecture, Technology Governance, and Solutions Delivery across the company’s Digital Office. Reporting to the Head of Digital Office, this role involves leading Enterprise Change Management and Governance, as well as providing technical leadership for solutions delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Change Management and Governance
- Lead enterprise architecture due diligence on software, tools, and platforms.
- Establish and operate the enterprise change management and governance framework.
- Conduct cost analysis and ownership assessments.
- Provide architectural oversight of projects within the Digital Office.

Solutions Delivery and Technical Leadership
- Oversee the Solutions Architecture and Engineering function.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and quality assurance of deliveries.

Strategic Initiatives and Bid Support
- Provide technical oversight for proposals and bids.
- Identify and prioritize AI Automation opportunities.

Business Continuity
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure application compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Compliance
- Support ISO certification and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
- Develop and maintain policies and processes for process improvements.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, conducting performance evaluations.
- Communicate architectural decisions and risks clearly to stakeholders.
To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in enterprise change management, vendor management, and technology cost analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex IT concepts.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
