Enterprise Solutions Architect - Presales Expert

About the Job:
The Solution Architect is a senior, customer-facing enterprise architect responsible for leading strategic solutioning and presales engagements for large, complex transformation opportunities. The role involves leading the design, delivery, and presales activities of end-to-end enterprise solutions that encompass applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, analytics, and digital platforms.

This position requires a consultative leader who engages C-level stakeholders, understands business priorities, shapes transformation strategies, and designs enterprise solutions aligned with customer outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess deep enterprise architecture expertise combined with strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills, capable of translating business challenges into compelling, technology-enabled solutions.

The Solution Architect also acts as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborates with various teams to design scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic solutioning and presales efforts for complex transformation opportunities.
• Engaging with executive stakeholders to align technology strategies with business priorities.
• Designing scalable, secure, and commercially compelling end-to-end solutions.
• Supporting growth by influencing customer decisions throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in business solutions, technical consulting, or sales solutions.
• Experience in the technology industry, handling large accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior leaders.
• Technical expertise in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI & Data Platforms, Cybersecurity Architecture, and Digital Transformation.
