Position

The Solution Architect is a senior, customer-facing enterprise architect responsible for leading strategic solutioning and presales engagements for large, complex transformation opportunities. This role involves leading the design, delivery, and presales activities of end-to-end enterprise solutions encompassing applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, analytics, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape transformation strategies, and design enterprise solutions that align with customer outcomes. This role supports business growth by identifying customer needs, developing differentiated solutions, and influencing decision-making throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business executives, and senior stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives and operational challenges.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships and provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead discussions, discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and business transformation engagements.
  • Present strategic solution proposals and transformation roadmaps to executive and board-level stakeholders.
  • Articulate business value propositions, influence customer decision-making, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure alignment with customer expectations and delivery capabilities.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in business solutions, technical consulting, or sales solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
