Enterprise Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at the company, you'll be an integral part of our team, unlocking the full potential of our voice AI platform for a diverse customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions for enterprise customers while enhancing internal processes and supporting our sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with customers to provide tailored support and create innovative solutions.
• Develop engaging technical demonstrations that communicate our product’s value proposition.
• Create resources that boost our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Design self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.

Requirements:

• Passion for AI, technology, and the company's products.
• Experience working with customers, whether in a professional or academic setting.
• Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
