Your mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions for enterprise customers while enhancing internal processes and supporting our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with customers to provide tailored support and create innovative solutions.
- Develop engaging technical demonstrations that communicate our product’s value proposition.
- Create resources that boost our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
- Design self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.
Requirements:

- Experience working with customers, whether in a professional or academic setting.
