Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of Enterprise Technologies with a focus on aligning with business requirements and best technological practices, ensuring solutions are innovative and meet business and customer strategic objectives.
- Construct and refine development plans for Enterprise Technologies, managing the ideation and concept design processes to ensure solutions align with T&Ops unit objectives and business unit needs.
- Oversee technical feasibility studies and RFI management for Enterprise Technologies, capturing project demands and overseeing the supply process within the T&Ops/infrastructure sector.
- Prepare and analyze technical preliminary proposals and customer RFPs, collaborating across T&Ops domains for cost estimation. Ensure the implementation of solutions remains consistent with proposed architectures and is up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support and support Pre-Sales activities during direct customer engagements, clarifying technical aspects and responding to queries.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives through preliminary needs assessments.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies to create new business opportunities and enhance competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with technical and solution design teams to develop a solution aligned with customer requirements.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Technologies Solution Architecture within the Telecommunication industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics.
