Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining program schedules to meet project requirements.
- Support communication efforts with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in logistics, import, and export efforts related to program activities.
- Collect program data from program managers, leads, and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Support the implementation of best practices that aid project decision-makers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather and organize documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and vendor quotes.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings, assisting in preparation and follow-up.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
- Minimum One Year experience in related field is required.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows-based systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Conditions
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications in accordance with applicable Saudi law.
