Responsibilities
As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Packaging and assembling gas turbines and compressors.
- Performing critical lifting and rigging operations.
- Conducting pressure testing on equipment and systems.
- Ensuring process safety standards are applied.
- Carrying out Bow-Tie risk assessments.
- Maintaining environmental compliance in all activities.
- Using HSE software for reporting and documentation.
- Leading incident investigations as a certified investigator.
- Managing contractors and subcontractors effectively.
- Implementing safety programs and initiatives.
- Overseeing action assignment and tracking to closure.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety within the oil and gas or power sectors.
- Possess NEBOSH certification (preferred).
- Be familiar with Rig Aramco HSE Requirements.
- Hold a background and mindset in MFG/Industrial Engineering.
- Be able to promote an HSE interdependent culture across teams.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal leadership skills in daily operations.
- Act as a team player in collaborative environments.
