The Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives (Epics) across the organization. Operating within a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry, the EDO partners closely with cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to drive end‑to‑end delivery of Epics—from initial refinement through execution, closure, and value realization. This role ensures that each Epic is delivered within agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality parameters, and that it aligns with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
