Erada Program - Cloud Solution Architecture Internship

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

Interns work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the world, while having fun along the way. You’ll be empowered to build community, explore your passions, and achieve your goals. This is your chance to bring your solutions and ideas to life while working on cutting-edge technology.

Work Conditions
3 days / week in-office
Program Start Date: January 2026

Responsibilities

• Participate in the onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
• Engage in technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
• Support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
• Join as a CSA for on-the-job shadowing and training.
• Attend mentorship and coaching sessions.
• Undergo advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Qatari nationality.
• Legally authorized to work in Qatar.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for technology and customer obsession.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure) is preferred but not required.
• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) is preferred but not required.
