About
The Supply Chain Transformation Business Development Leader (BDM) is responsible for building a sales pipeline and developing opportunities for Oracle’s Supply Chain Cloud offering through various customer touchpoints, channels, and events. This role drives overall Supply Chain sales growth by defining, planning, orchestrating, and executing Demand Generation campaigns in alignment with the regional Go-To-Market strategy and sales objectives. The Supply Chain BDM partners closely with the regional Supply Chain team as well as with Marketing, Sales, BDAs, A&C, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Oracle Supply Chain Demand Generation across the Gulf region to meet agreed quotas of sales pipeline and opportunities
  • Identify, define, and orchestrate campaigns, including 1:1, 1:few, and 3rd party events, and digital campaigns
  • Assist in regular Demand Generation Boards, Territory, and Account Planning with Sales Leaders
  • Deliver subject matter expertise on customer needs in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud and support sales efforts
  • Contribute to tailored Go-To-Market assets, unique value propositions, messaging, and differentiators
  • Achieve targets to ensure high client satisfaction and quality lead generation
  • Foster collaboration with in-country Marketing, Sales, A&C, and other relevant teams
  • Develop relationships with key customer accounts as needed
