Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical solutions using X++, C#, and .NET within D365FO.
- Customize standard Dynamics 365 FO functionalities using extensions, events, and custom objects while following Microsoft’s best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Data Entities, OData, or custom APIs.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration and transformation.
- Create and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI reports, and data entities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support environment management, code deployment, and build automation using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO updates and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Operations development.
- Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio.
- Experience in on-premise environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and source control management.
- Solid understanding of D365FO architecture, data model, and extension framework.
- Experience developing custom reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
