The ERP Functional Consultant (D365 HRMS) will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, integrating, and providing functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The role requires a strong understanding of regional HR and payroll compliance across Pakistan and the UAE, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily support, configuration, and maintenance of the D365 HRMS across multiple entities.
  • Provide functional expertise in Payroll, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and statutory requirements for Pakistan and the UAE.
  • Configure and optimize D365 HR modules, including:
    • Personnel Management
    • Compensation Management
    • Leave and Absence
    • Performance Management
    • Payroll Integration Framework
    • Talent Acquisition / Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve HR operations and maximize system performance.
  • Conduct end-user training to drive adoption and efficient use of HRMS modules.
  • Support implementation, testing, and rollout of system customizations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, security role setup, and system configuration.
  • Maintain HR and payroll process alignment with regional laws and business requirements.
  • Oversee module functionality across:
    • HRMS Operations
    • Payroll (UAE & Pakistan Localizations)
    • Talent & Performance Management
    • Mobile and Web Applications

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant or Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR). Experience working with multi-entity organizations (preferably with 10+ legal entities).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and security role setup within D365 HR.
