Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily support, configuration, and maintenance of the D365 HRMS across multiple entities.
- Provide functional expertise in Payroll, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and statutory requirements for Pakistan and the UAE.
- Configure and optimize D365 HR modules, including:
- Personnel Management
- Compensation Management
- Leave and Absence
- Performance Management
- Payroll Integration Framework
- Talent Acquisition / Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve HR operations and maximize system performance.
- Conduct end-user training to drive adoption and efficient use of HRMS modules.
- Support implementation, testing, and rollout of system customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, security role setup, and system configuration.
- Maintain HR and payroll process alignment with regional laws and business requirements.
- Oversee module functionality across:
- HRMS Operations
- Payroll (UAE & Pakistan Localizations)
- Talent & Performance Management
- Mobile and Web Applications
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant or Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (D365 HR). Experience working with multi-entity organizations (preferably with 10+ legal entities).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and security role setup within D365 HR.
