Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
- Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.
- Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and training for ERP rollouts and upgrades.
- Serve as the voice of the business in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of Product Owner experience with proven focus on ERP systems.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation, customization, and management.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in agile product development.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar.
- Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.
- Domain knowledge in Mobility/Transportation, Edutech, logistics, or services industries.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRMS, or third-party applications.
