Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the jewellery industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing role, with demonstrable experience selling ERP software or similar technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the jewellery industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.
