ERP Sales & Marketing Manager – Jewellery Industry

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales & Marketing Manager – Jewellery Industry to join our dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution. As a multinational organisation committed to quality and strong client relationships, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the jewellery sector. This pivotal role will drive our growth and expand our market presence within the UAE on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the jewellery industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing role, with demonstrable experience selling ERP software or similar technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the jewellery industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, lead generation, and digital marketing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.
