We are looking for an ERP Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of our Oracle Fusion SCM landscape. This is a hands-on functional leadership role with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, working closely with Procurement, Finance, Stores, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, and support business transformation.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, with a focus on Procurement and Inventory.
- Own functional solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
- Drive enhancements and process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory-to-Costing.
- Provide functional leadership and production support across Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Manage integrations with Finance, warehouse systems, and third-party applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable ERP solutions.
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and functional teams while ensuring successful delivery.
- Drive system stability, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM across implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Receipt Accounting, and Cost Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with configuration, functional setups, solution design, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong understanding of P2P, Inventory-to-Costing, and integrations with AP, GL, and Costing.
- Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, BPM workflows, FBDI/ADFDI, and Oracle Redwood.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills.
- Oracle Fusion Procurement certification.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud, REST/SOAP integrations, and complex multi-entity environments would be an advantage.
