About the Role / About the Job
We are looking for an experienced EC Consultant with a strong background in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this area and have successfully completed at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations of EC and Time Off along with related SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Conduct full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations, ensuring all phases are effectively managed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system settings.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Develop and manage Story reporting related to Core HR processes, Time Off, and Time Sheet functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors.
• Completed at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations as well as related SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting.
• Technical proficiency in XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
