Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
Conduct full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations, ensuring all phases are effectively managed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system settings.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring optimal functionality.
Develop and manage Story reporting related to Core HR processes, Time Off, and Time Sheet functionalities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors.
Completed at least 2-3 full-cycle EC and Time Off implementations as well as related SuccessFactors modules.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HR processes, Time Off, Time Sheet, and Story reporting.
Technical proficiency in XML configuration, foundation objects, and data models.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
