The company is seeking an experienced ESB Developer with over 7 years of expertise in banking and IBM ESB development and support. The candidate should be well-versed in SOA delivery methodology, SOA Center of excellence, and the implementation of SOA best practices.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in APIC, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and Flyway.
  • Knowledge of banking service standards such as ISO8583, IFX, Open Bank Project, ISO20022, and SWIFT.
  • Core service design experience encompassing Rest APIs, Web Services, and various Integration Design Patterns.
  • Strong understanding of SOA principles, best practices, SDLC, and SGLC processes.
  • Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Implement and deliver technical services for Multi-Tier and SOA Architecture.
  • Contribute to strategic approaches for SOA implementation based on service analysis.
  • Assist in the inception and strengthening of the SOA practice.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Hands-on development experience with:
    • IBM Data Power Development & Administration
    • IBM API Connect Development & Administration
    • ODM Development & Administration
    • IBM ACE (IIB V11) & IIB V10.x Flow Development
    • ESQL Development
    • Java Development
    • Oracle/SQL DB Development
    • IBM MQ V9.x related tasks
    • Various integration protocols (SFTP, TCP/IP, MQ, JMS, HTTPS, WS, REST, etc.)
  • Familiarity with security and performance best practices, including preparing IIB and MQ scripts under Linux systems.
  • Experience with testing tools such as SOAPUI, RPT, RFT, Load Runner, and PostMan.
  • Ability to create unit test documents and test case scenarios.
  • Prepare IARs and related documentation for project approvals.
  • Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved services.
